After about a month of paracide killing, I would consider a liver/gallbladder cleanse. Do you have pain in your upper right shoulder sometimes for no apparent reason? Pain in your gall bladder area sometimes? SEnsitive to fried foods? Those can be indications. Just a thought.

I take Black-Walnut every day as maintainence, with no ill effect that I can tell (from Vitacost) & do limit Wormwood .
