Actually with all due respect I disagree with you about the high protein diet and hypoglycemia , I believe it can make it worse. The key is balance very often with hypoglycemia. There is also a difference in how the body reacts on wether one has reactive hypoglycemia or hypoglycemia. In the past a high protein diet was pushed on to hypoglycemics and today it is not the first diet of choice for treating this problem.
