The taste took a bit of getting used to mainly because it was over sweet due to the fructose, but I didn't use it as a liquid diet just as a supplement and I haven't used it for two years now due to the cost of importing to the uk, I bought whey isolate to mix myself instead. I don't use any whey much anymore and I eat a normal but fairly healthy Diet and I don't have any problem with colitis anymore. I'm putting that down mainly to my nutritional supplements and mostly the potassium iodide
