Hi, some people have very negative symptoms after taking the chlorella. I tried it after the removing and it was really awfull so if you want to try start it with small amount. You can also try sulfur supplements like MSM. Vit. b and selenium can help but if you want to detox seriously you have to see from your experience,something that can help someone else can be a disaster for you. the serious ways are the oral ciletion (according to andy cutler for example) or the more natural way- chlorella,ncd,cilantro,with sulfur, or the total natural way-juice and water fasting. the timing of doing the techniques is also important.
