I must agree with Professor Peter Hotez that the images you show are not any Helminth I am aware of. (You were very fortunate to get a reply from him.) They also do not appear to be the "little worm" that some have reported in Morgellons.

Morgellons is a self ascribed disease. It may well be a collection of different diseases with similar symptoms. My research indicates that there are two primary types reported, one with primarily or only fibers and one with spheres. granules. black spots, and fibers with the fibers being only visible with magnification.
