And I did not see much bad in the Sun Is Shining other than the horsetail grass, which is a nicotine source. I also think it is a mistake to add enzymes and probiotics with the herbs. The enzymes break down the fibers needed to feed the flora before they can do their job. And enzymes are not good long term since they can reduce the body's own production of enzymes. And herbs should not be combined with most herbs since many herbs can kill the bacteria.

What is likely causing the problem is the e3 visions, which contains the toxic cyanobacteria Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. The anatoxins in this algae are chemical cousins of cocaine, which is what gives the energy boost. But the anatoxins and microcystins in the cyanobacteria (often referred to as an algae) are toxic to the nervous system and the liver. Here is an old post I did on the subject:
