In Clark's book The Cure For All Diseases the chart:

Green Black-Walnut hull tincture - extra strength - drops one time per day before meals- start with 1 drop in 1/2 cup water and increase by 1 drop each day up to 5 drops then the next day(day 6) take 2 teaspoons in 1/4 cup water and then once a week.

Wormwood capsules (200 to 300 mg) 1 time per day on empty stomach. - Day 1 & 2, 1 capsule - Day 3 & 4, 2 capsules and increase up to day 16 then once a week

Cloves (size O or OO) start with 1 capsule 3X per day then increase by 1 capsule until day 11 when you take 3 capsules (once) then from day 12 take once a week.

I remember that with the regular strength green Black-Walnut tinc I took that 3 times per day. I find that strong spicy herbs such as cloves irritate my intestine so you might lower the dose or just do then once a week.
