Not sure about all your blood levels? However, you don't mention what you are eating. I would recommend low or no meats, go to fruits, vegtables and minimum of processed foods. Are you still taking any prescriptions meds? Everything I read says not to. I also have never heard of adding salt to urine? You might try cutting back on 80% urine if you have to pee all the time. I drink 8-16oz per day for a year and a half now, seems to keep me in balance, no ill effects.
