everybody is different but one thing remains - if you cant get up to 100mg of Iodine daily then you are not going to get ahead of the detox or the deficiency for a very long time. some is better than none, but the real work needs 100mg.

you need some Iodide and some iodine. magnascent is the best form of Iodine i have found. when i had it i took a dropperful every morning.
