You paid good money for your Lugol's, and it would be best to take it in plain water, separate from any supplement or food with vitamin C. Why run the risk of converting the iodine into iodide. There's no reason to arbitrarily stop taking Lugol's after 3 weeks. If you feel bad from detox and need a break, then take one and resume as soon as you feel clear again. Lugol's is not toxic, but in some people can start a bromine detox process even on 2 drops a day. Enjoy your Lugol's!
