Hi Powerray, Please don't take this as a snub, because it is so obvious you are here to regain your body's health. But have you ever searched for a forum focused primarily on portion control? I ask because when you said "after decades of being totally violated by food" I couldn't help wondering whether you are still in the 'blaming food' phase and could still have major psychological prep-work to accomplish that members of a Water Fasting forum may not feel qualified (or interested) in walking you through.
