Hey mary so uve been taking betaine and I guess it did not work? hmmm wut kinda betaine did u take exactly which brand n wut form(liquid/pill/capsule) wus it in?

and how long did u take those for how often?

sorry for so many question because I thought that I was gonna try taking betaine as a last resort seeing that it's not working is kinda shock to me so please bare wit me

p.s. I drink organic licorice/ginger hot tea by yogi and it seems like its doing some good job on digesting and reducing bo/bb. Give it a try, and also hot tea might b little help with ur issue that ur having :)
