It's apparently quite normal for previous symptoms such as bloating and digestive trouble to return between flushes. It's been said that these symptoms indicate movement of stones to the forefront positions inside the liver, and even that you can almost expect the feelings of wellness and lightness that are common after a flush to start fading within days, after which the cravings, backaches and similar symptoms may start to creep in again but that THEY SHOULD BE MILDER than before starting the flushes. -This is as stated in the flush book by A. Moritz-. Symptoms may only worsen the more time passes. They subside for good once all the stones are cleared, or so the theory goes, so it would seem that your symptoms stem from having stirred up the liver congestion, and even Prime Health people told you there is still much congestion to be rid of. Why not start doing the flushes more often, and assess your progress in six months. Maybe after just the first one you'll feel back on track. Liver Flushing too little, it could be argued in your case. Personally I noticed Chinese Bitters tended to cause me some fatigue and bowel trouble. It's my opinion that these tinctures while not essential to a successful flush can be helpful especially when having difficulties. With GCG I noticed additional stone softening but of course these experiences vary widely. Apple juice is effective on its own, 1 quart a day for six days, between meals can render the tinctures unnecessary. You might want to include Epsom Salts in your flush, remember that they dilate and relax the bile ducts so there's no spasms or pain during the flush, they are widely recommended, and in your case as you even suspected a stuck stone using the salts may bring you peace of mind in that regard. One tablespoon in water at 6 pm, another at 8 p.m, then taking the oil mixture at 10. Even if you felt a stuck stone or attack at any other time a dose of Epsoms can bring relief and help move whatever's stuck along. They can be harsh on the kidneys as the Prime Health site acknowledges, but magnesium citrate can substitute and has the same action. Many people have no problems with the salts at all. Such a flush with the apple juice spread out for days may be a bit more akin to the Clark protocol.
