Thank you for posting these thoughts. I really appreciate them also. I am working to get more self-aware to be able to fast as I need to and help myself heal via this fasting. i also , SO love water fasting, its elegance/simplicity , and i have not read much Natural Hygiene yet but feel some of that philosophy will help me, too. Mainly NH, what I know of it, awakens me STRONGLY to a gentler way of living, and makes me realize how un-gentle allopathic medicine is sometimes... scary to be made aware of this but ... really necessary to my health! Thanks again,
