I understand how you feel. I had Tinnitus (ringing in ears and some buzzing noise) for years. It was so bad at times that I had to miss some work, or stay home when the family went out because it bothered me so bad.

You must watch the wax buildup. Some doctor's recommend that you do not use cotton swab. I do, but with great care to my ears. It just makes me feel cleaner.

Personally, surgery was not an option (I do take natural stuff), so I did much online research and found an ebook that really caught my eye. I bought it and now I am Tinnitus free.

I even started a blog. Why not take a look.
