no because ice creams sweetened with Sugar alcohols I do not bloat on. but these are less available. pretty impossible to find actually. i am curious about what exactly in these other ice creams makes me bloat. i suspect the gums and fillers. guar gum has made me bloat before. has it ever made you bloat?
