Hey there. I just read your post. I'm on day 5 going on day 6 on the lemonade fast and I haven't had an elimination either. This is unusual for me as the swf is usually very effective for me, even when I'm not on the Lemonade Diet . However, this is not the first time the swf hasn't worked for me, and it's not unusual that you don't eliminate within the first few days of the diet. If I remember correctly from reading about the Lemonade Diet , sometimes it just takes the body some time create a bowel movement and it could also have something to do with the level of toxicity in your body. I know my body was well overdue for a cleanse. Hang in there. :-)
