The cleanses are a good idea. You should always start with the digestive track cleanses first. You don't have to do it all at once.

The symptoms you describe sound like it could be heavy metal build up. Like Mercury. So if you have Amalgam fillings or you work with your hands (technician) you might want to try this also.

I had ever worsening allergies and after a few doses was relieved of the symptoms. It's been 2 years and I may take some more if the symptoms return but so far I'm still ok.
