I didn't think having 1.5 liter/day was overdoing it since it's usually what I drink...

1.5 liters is not too much as long as thirst is calling for it.  But if the body is only calling for 2 cups, then 3 cups is too much.

Anyway, this morning and ever since my urine was the yellowest I ever seen! so I don't know what that means...except maybe the fast is working now without damaging the kidneys.

Water beyond thirst is not damaging the kidneys, just making them work harder than necessary and with no added benefits, only detracting from the optimal fast.

I am now resolute in keeping drinking the distilled water while I fast,but only acording to thirst, and if I end up having just a few glasses a day, so be it.

Great plan, same for me :).
