Thanks for all this info!
I didn't think having 1.5 liter/day was overdoing it since it's usually what I drink, but with the distilled water I actually drank much less per day and with the entire day yesterday having clear urine worried me because I drank much less than usual, but with what you saying, it still seemed to be too much?
Anyway, this morning and ever since my urine was the yellowest I ever seen! so I don't know what that means...except maybe the fast is working now without damaging the kidneys.
I am now resolute in eeping drinking the distilled water while I fast,butonly acording to thirst, and if I end up having just a few glasses a day, so be it.
