the vitamin d craze is taking over. had a friend over this morning with an autistic daughter. mom's doc says she is vit d deficient, gave her vit d drops to give the baby. un F!@#$ing believable. 6000iu a day I think. this world is a sick place, I refer back to the song I posted last night "the world is vampire..."
