The "H" Nat Phos from iHerb is fine. You don't want to overdue this one anyhow. Best if you had Gold Leaf on hand to bind the Phos but otherwise slowly does it.

If you run Tabun for a while you can knock loose all that came in with BioW critters but I wouldn't do that unless you got Gold Leaf to bind that in the brain and Real Vervaine as tea to bind it in body...
