My personal exercise routine Chiron involves gentle rebounding on a miniature trampoline using hand-weights of varying weight.
This lasts for about 5 mins as a warm-up and then I sprint hard for 30 secs and relax into the former jog or gentle bounce. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
I do this for 20 mins every other day.
