Yeah, I was dumb and went to walmart.LOL..It was only $6, so I'm just gonna stop using it and hit the health food store later for some pure psyllium husks....

I did a pure psyllium husk cleanse for 2 weeks, back when I had bad Acne at age 22(had it from 16 yrs old!) and it cleared up the acne....Little did I know about candida back then!
