thank you, Mighty Sun Tzu. It feels good to be back into the forum and reading all the posts...I guess I need some community right now. I had actually placed a personal ad locally looking for a fasting friend, but the only replies I received were skeptics and curious people :) Well, maybe next fast.

I am definitely going to switch to distilled this weekend...I feel like if I don't drink distilled water, I am wasting the time wasting. I know it really does speed up detox. The last time I fasted, I had been taking some prescriptions and I knew the fast would be harsh, detoxing from these. The first 2 days I vomited almost constantly, and I think with this fast, I was so afraid that would happen again, I just went with the Brita water thinking, well, I won't be inducing such a hard detox? But, here I am anyway lol So, it is back to distilled for me come this weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my long nap, wrapped in a blanket with lots of vivid dreams...it is the best sleep I have had since I started. Thanks for replying to me :)
