I always have this problem too. The Epsoms just don't work for me. I have candida and am probably really deficient in magnesium. That's the only thing I can figure. I used to not even have a bm in the morning after a flush. I think maybe we're just really blocked up and congested! I've done lots and lots of colonics in the past couple years and also used Oxypowder . I would say just try to stick with cleansing your liver and bowel, just go slowly. You could also try using Oxypowder during a flush or get a colonic the day after. That's what I do now. Good luck!
