Do you have any problems taking herbs? I can't even take herbs. I mainly am doing this for rosacea and for the fact that I can't tolereate any thing with a chemical make up, I get extreme anxiety. I thought this meant my liver is exteremly clogged and toxic. In the past I've been on Antibiotics and I have taken accutane twice in my twenties. I am in my thirties now. I've tried to take herbs, but I get palpitations and dizzy off of the seemingly most mild herbs at that. I don't know what to do. I really thought this would help. I have had three doeses of epsom, and I have not had one bowel movement. I read somewhere that if you don't have a b.m. that you are defecent in magnesuim. It's weird cuz I took some a couple of months ago to see what it would do to me and one dose gave me diarreah. Go figure! Good luck today. Maybe things will start looking up for us later in the day!
