I guess I rushed this in anyway. My husband suggested to me that it's not a good idea to do this when I have my period. Of course, he is never fond of the idea of cleansing. Another sad answer might be that my body doesn't respond to cleansing well. I've done colon cleansing before under the directions of a website. It didn't work out too well. I ended up weaker and in worse shape phsyically.

I drank the ES at 7:06am and will drink another one at 9:06am. I somehow fell my body didn't think this is cleasning and took the grapefruit and flax oil as food. Who knows? Besides bloating and lack of sleep, I feel all right.
Usaully after the first couple of days of period, my bloating will go away. This is so strange since I have regular BM everyday in the morning.

Dear sslea, I feel your pain. I don't know what to say. Good luck and let's keep in touch on the board even after the cleansing.
