I am in exact same boat as you! It sounds like me to a "T" but I had mine at 6 & 8 on the dot and I am not on my period. Mine was last week. I only ate raw fruit and a salad unitl 2. I wonder what the deal is? I have been extremely nauseous and hardly fell asleep til' after 1 am sometime on the verge of a panic attack. Now I am bloated and my hands are all puffy! I feel like I ate salt or msg and I have'nt had any in ages! I can't wait to see what some one has to say. I am affraid to take my epsoms as they make me feel woosy and sick. I don't want to feel anxious any more.
