Yes the rain is super soothing. Especially when you're out there in it and can feel the little drops on you. Add that with the sound and it can't compare to any cd or mp3 version... real deal is where its at. I think after I posted I just sat out there some more and the smells were even stronger after the rain had stopped. My balcony overlooks a small greenbelt and I could literally smell the trees!

I agree with you that a lot of this is mental. Probably why its getting harder and harder for me. Not sure if its because I passed my original goal and now all I'm thinking about is day 10 and its only day 8 or what. Yes prayer helps me too.. and I should probably do more of it :) I'm gonna try the smiling thing for sure though... Thanks for all the kind words.
