i had my ultra soud yesterday, and my dr. told me that i have a gallbladder polyp about 0.4 cm

he doesn't give me any medication, and he told me that i don't need to under go operation, but

 i'll under go for observation if my polyps is going larger, for one year

what can i do to prevent it to become worse?????

help me!!!
