I just completed my third flush. The first two I did with the recipe you used. The first flush was successful and I was able to tolerate all the grapefruit. The second one I ended up throwing up in the morning and I passed a bit less then what I hoped I would.

This time I did the flush using water for the Epsom Salt mixture....it was much easier to tolerate for me. I just held my nose while drinking it through a straw. After the second dose I was pain free and this morning I awoke to nothing in my first movement but plenty in the second and third.

Don't be discouraged.
