I am able to "do things" but would much rather lay down...especially after I wake up for some reason. Morning seems the best to be lounging around for me. Once the sun goes down I feel the need to sleep even though I don't have to. If that answers your question.... not sure. I still have been taking pretty deep naps in the afternoon though. Usually at least 2.5 hours.
