Cortisone shots damage your joints , back, neck etc and although they make some people feel better temorarily, they actually prevent healing and make pain worse. In fact, if you take too many your joints can be destroyed and become beyond repair.Pete Egoscue talks about the dangers of cortisone in his book Pain Free.
