hi, thanks for the reply! i look forward to your post. Or, feel free to say how it is going right now. I do take it you have been feeling better, not as unwell/needing to lie down as before (days 3-5??) THis (detox)
is what I fear; it is kind of mentally grueling for me. I need to figure out a little project to do, something art-y. Also I think I am just going to take myself out of the house at least in the mornings so I get some socialization. I need that , I think, to keep going. So! It is good to hear from ya. Powerray
