Hey Powerray,

Thanks for the compliment! I definitely feel much better than when I started. I'm currently on Day 7 and will post an update later on tonight. I am planning on fasting for 10 days so yeah I'm gonna keep going for a whole bit.

You sound very excited and upbeat which is really good especially for the beginning of your fast. I hope yours goes well. Its not always fun, but you know what they say... you can't have sweet without the sour.. Good luck and thanks again for the encouragement!
