Thanks for sharing your story. Did you go on a typical anti candida diet? No fruit?

What probiotics did you take? What would you say is the most important part of getting rid of acne?

I've been through everything but Antibiotics (which I am thankful for). You said you noticed your Acne going away within 10 days? Did you not experience any "die off"? Or were not killing the bacteria, but rather something else?
