That does not look like warts. Looks more like a bad infection most likely from an ingrown toenail. If you look closely towards the nail you can see how the tissue is swollen up from the infection. 

As simple trick to help pull out some of the infection is to peel a piece of raw potato then grate it. Take the grated potato and pack some it over the toenail and red inflamed area then wrap it with some gauze. Let it sit there for 4 or 5 hours then remove and discard. The raw potato will pull a lot of the pus out of the infection. 

If the nail is ingrown then the doctor will have to cut the ingrown part out.
