We are lucky we have cristb1 to comfort us and return us in the right road when we slipway .
I am not doing exercises , I am moving a lot but in a slow pace- quick movements make my heart beat quickly.
My previous 22 days fast I slept the whole night and 6-8 hours in the day time too,( but I was very sick, coming out from the hospital ) now is different , I can't sleep in the day time ,even can't lay down for while, but sleeping very good in the night -every fast is different and I believe easier.
