Me again. I just want to share, quickly because I am tired and sleepy, what happened the last two days.

I keep doing coffee enema everyday, followed about two hours after by another enema these times I have done it with ES. But the remarkable thing was that on Sat night I slept with a, lets say, castor oil pack on my bottom, with lots of oil really. I was able to sleep all night while other nights I get awaken by the burning sensation there. The other thing is that on Sat night I began to take the lactobacillos, maybe that helped too, I don´t know. The funny thing is that on Sunday night I thought of bettering the CO pack and used the hot thing. I don´t know if it was two strong but I woke up on hour later feeling horribly down there. So today I have done twice during the day only the CO pack, like for 45 min or an hour and I think it´s working. I am also noticing some breaks on my skin that I didn´t have before, which for some reason I think it´s a good sign.

Since Saturday night I began to eat a Watermelon (last part I had it for breakfast today) and even util today at midday I saw a lot of small pieces of it coming out from the enema, but what makes me doubt that it was Watermelon is that the liquid came a bit red like if a bit of blood, I thought maybe something had reaped inside. But even more, since I discovered a layer formed in the inside of the buttocks and I could scratch it, I saw that my nails came completely red from the layer. So I think it was some kind of parasite.

The other thing I almost forget, is that that ball that I have inside the belly, I don´t know if in the intestine or in the uterus, which normally in the morning is kind of spread out or even like a little mountain (I am not inventing, exagerating or kidding), the first night with the CO pack on my bottom, when I woke up I discovered it was on the upper right corner and smaller than normally. Last night I felt so bad that I even didn´t remember to check. I ran to the bathroom to clean the layer, I felt I was on fire. So tonight I will do the CO pack again and see what happens tomorrow.

I am feeling as if the worst were over, but I don´t know. Time will have to pass to really know. Now I am concentrating on the lactobacillos and trying to eat for nutrition.

My latest Coffee-Enema haven´t gotten out so much as before, but still I always see those like stones from the liver. It is strange to me soooo many, overall if I haven´t ingested any oil, but well, they come out.

I FORGOT THAT AVOCADO SEED SCRATCHINGS, three teaspoons one every 20 minutes before breakfast, are recommended to expel worms. Three hours after you do that, you have to laxate yourself with castor oil or saline laxative which I haven´t been able to know what it is. This is one of the many, many things I have used.
