What a day ! I dont feel like drinking water, just sipping here and there ..Last 3 days had been like that ..Good thing my black circles are little bit better.
Looking forward re feeding for sure
I lost more weight on my 12 days fast. Go figure..How can I hit a plato if I dont eat ? I am stuck with/around 160 lbs for 3rd day now...I though I am doing it right ( except going to work, indeed ) way...I will try to pull 2 more days just because I dont see when in the future I can try another 17 days...what a luck
So dont want to complain, sorry, just so frustrated !
