I just started getting some lymphatic drainage work (amazing technique) and the therapist told me that area always is the first and last place she works on, it's like a main drainage point or something. I've got swollen nodes all over the place, but I've seen some improvement after only a few treatments. I'd love to get an infrared sauna, that's supposed to help a lot. I'd see someone experienced in lymphatic work before a doc if it were me, but that's me...
