I had my mirena removed 11/09 and just found out about the "mirena crash" although I have been having symptoms for sometime now they just got more serious last month around my 5th period. Sever anxity attacks and numbness, super foggy and a little out of it. I think due to all of this a mild case of depression. I am wondering if anyone who has been going through this is doing anything that is helpful, medications, acupucture, chriopractor, etc....? how well is it working, how long has this taken for people to be back to normal. I know everyone is different, but good ideas that work is always helpful! Thanks
