Liver Flushing didn't really do anything for my food allergy /intolerance issues. I am a special case, but, can tell you that some of the things that work for other people, like NAET, had little or no effect on me. one thing that I learned, that almost never gets mentioned, is that heavy metals can cause food intolerance reactions. often the metals issue will not show on blood tests because the metals are burried deep in tissues. also, muscle testing usually won't find metals, unless in the blood. there is a protocol called the "cutler" low dose chelation protocal. it has its own wiki page. does mess with anything else if you are thinking about metal removal... tons of misinformation out there, messing with heavy metals can really srew you up.
