Yep! Oil pulling rocks!

It helped me a lot in healing faster from my 4 wisdom tooth extraction recently.
I did it just for 20 minute every morning since last August.
All the benefits you mentioned which I am really grateful and bless everyday - I mean EVERYDAY - the day I decided to start oil pulling, the color Color COLOR of my teeth thrilled me the most. Vanity! Yeah! I know!
