Thanks for the reply all . It make sense i guess since ive lost 23 pound so far im at 148 and ive started at 171 . I have never been that skinny and the loose skin is similar to what it was , so when i get the weight back it should tighten up .

I will still try to go on and last few more days my ultimate goal was 21 days i will try to reach that goal .
