Is your C timed release, by any chance? I was taking a TR C (6-8 grams) had lots of energy and couldn't understand why I couldn't sleep. Then I looked at the label real close. It had inositol hexanicotinate (niacin) to make it timed release. All that niacin was keeping me up.
