This is a great benefit of fasting. You do not know what else does it cure. I know most people talk about their sense of smell gets better and also not only you can smell better, but you smell foods and know it is not good for you.

I believe that if you break your fast properly and continue eating plant based foods you will retain these changes. I know I smell things so much better now after having done five fasts. I think all fasters do.

Sweating improvement is also going to continue improving because now your skin sweat glands are cleaned. I hope that you do not use antiperspirants and other topical lotions full of chemical blockers.
