I am 38yo, with a prostate size of 29cc.

I have almost no problem or symptom.
My only (small) problem in recent 10 years or
more has been 1-2 dribbles sometimes after urinating.

My father, 70, had BPH, cured by TURP recently. After his
surgery, I requested a check up of myself from the
same urologist.

A sono 75 days ago showed that my prostate was 35*37*43mm and 29cc.
The blood WBC and RBC was near zero.
I have been married for 12 years, having two kids,
having regular intercourse. I had vasectomy 18 months ago.

The urologist prescribed 60 ProstaFit Capsules (Pumpkinseed-oil).

My second sono (today after 75 days) : my prostate is 35*38*42mm and still 29cc.

The doctor says that you should have a cystoscopy, since the size of your prostate has not decreased *by eating ProstaFit*. I contacted the importer of this capsule, and they told me that it is not a drug, just a complement, and it can not "reduce" the size of prostate.

My questions:
At the age of 38, is this a BPH, or cancer, or something else?
Should I perform cystoscopy? Or I have no problem?
Can this enlargement be natural? i.e. being enlarged several years ago and remained the same size in recent years?
Can 29cc be a result of sono error?
