well, not to shock anyone tooooo much, but Olivia Cohen (google aaroncohen on youtube) did three (40 day) "back-to-back" water fasts, with short breaks between, to catch up on a bit of refeeding. Her menu? steak, cheese, milk...
not sure what all, but she survived it. A most unorthodox situation--and one filled with faith.
